• The use of mobile phones (recording videos or taking photos) during massage sessions is prohibited. Please turn them off or switch to silent mode before the treatment begins.
• Consuming alcohol or intoxicating substances before or during the salon visit is prohibited.
• Smoking cigarettes or using e-cigarettes inside the salon is prohibited. Dedicated smoking areas are provided outside for smokers.
• All information about clients’ health status, preferences, or issues is treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent.
• Massages are performed professionally, with respect for the client’s intimacy and dignity.
• The client has the right to request the termination of the session in case of any inappropriate therapist behavior.
• Payments are non-refundable after 10 minutes from the start of the session.
• In case of dissatisfaction with the service, the client has the right to file a complaint with the salon owner.
• Complaints will be handled professionally, and the client will be informed of the outcome.
