SALON RULES
This regulation sets forth the rules for using the services of the "AURA" massage salon. Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt from compliance. The massage salon provides relaxation massage services. By using our services, the client automatically accepts the regulations outlined on this page.
1. Reservations:
- We recommend making appointments by phone or in person at the salon.
- In case of canceling an appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
2. Punctuality:
- Please arrive punctually for your scheduled appointments.
- In case of delay, the duration of the massage may be shortened to avoid disrupting the schedule for subsequent clients.
3. Age:
-Only persons over the age of 18 can use our services.
- In case of doubt about the client's age, the staff reserves the right to check the identity document to ensure that the person is of legal age.
4. Behavior:
- We expect all clients to maintain appropriate behavior and respect towards the staff and other clients.
- The use of offensive or aggressive language and behavior is unacceptable. Proposing any sexual services to the staff is prohibited and may result in termination of the session.
5. Hygiene and Health:
- Please maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene.
- Individuals with skin infections, contagious diseases, or inflammatory conditions should not use massage services until fully recovered.
- Clients with health problems, allergies, or other specific health needs should inform the therapist before starting the massage session.
6. Safety:
- If experiencing any discomfort during the massage, please notify the salon staff immediately.
- The salon is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the client's dishonest behavior. The client is fully responsible for any material damages caused by them.
7. Responsibilities:
- The client is responsible for any personal belongings left in the salon.
- The salon is not liable for lost or stolen items.
8. Payments:
- Payments for services must be settled directly before the start of the visit.
- We accept cash payments and credit/debit cards.
9. Prohibitions:
- The use of mobile phones (recording videos or taking photos) during massage sessions is prohibited. Please turn them off or switch to silent mode before the treatment begins.
- Consuming alcohol or intoxicating substances before or during the salon visit is prohibited.
- Smoking cigarettes or using e-cigarettes inside the salon is prohibited. Dedicated smoking areas are provided outside for smokers.
10. Discretion:
- All information about clients' health status, preferences, or issues is treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without the client's consent.
- Massages are performed professionally, with respect for the client's intimacy and dignity.
- The client has the right to request the termination of the session in case of any inappropriate therapist behavior.
11. Complaints and Refunds:
- Payments are non-refundable after 10 minutes from the start of the session.
- In case of dissatisfaction with the service, the client has the right to file a complaint with the salon owner.
- Complaints will be handled professionally, and the client will be informed of the outcome.
